Woodland Shopfitting is a leading interior fitout company with a client-focused approach and a knack for creating beautiful, prestigious spaces with their fitouts.
Woodland Shopfitting had just recently had their branding redesigned to better suit their company’s personality and their work. Then they found that there was a clear divide between their branding, their personality, and their website. They needed a website that better reflected their scope of work and that would help them build a better online presence. That’s when Sonder got involved.
We created a custom WordPress website for them that better suited Woodland Shopfitting’s values and would align with their business goals. We paired the right colours with the right design elements to reflect their work and tied in complex animations to create a neat, functional website that’s interactive and suits the company’s persona. Our designers included a ‘Careers’ page and the website now acts as an employment channel, sending the right kind of people straight to the company.
QH&M Birt is an earth works company based in Brisbane. They’re well known in the earth moving industry and have worked with many high-profile clients.
QH&M Birt had been using booklets to showcase their work and sell their services. They needed a better approach to reach new clients and show off their projects.
This website needed to showcase the quality and the scale of project they’re able to complete so we sent our photographer out to capture high resolution photos that convey the size of their projects. These photographs shaped the build of their custom WordPress website and communicate what QH&M Birt is all about to the user. Their new website works as an employment portal, a portfolio, and secures them that online presence that’s now necessary.
Roof Racks Galore is a retail business specialising in the sale and fitting of roof racks. They have four stores across Brisbane as well as their ecommerce store.
When we met Roof Racks Galore they had two websites and an obviously fragmented online presence. This caused confusion among potential customers, created SEO issues and minimised business. They needed one website that combined the existing two and displayed their products effectively. As well as that, they needed their ecommerce platform to effectively integrate with their in store POS system, Retail Express.
Our development team created a Magento 2.0 website for Roof Racks Galore, displaying 50,000 products with load times of less than half a second. We realised the User Experience (UX) needed to be top notch. So we integrated an Algolia search feature across the website so users could easily find what they’re looking for among the abundance of products. We ensured their new online platform integrated well with their POS for a seamless checkout experience. Then we designed a ‘vehicle finder’ that users could utilise so they’d only be shown products that match their vehicle.
Ultimate Auto Care is an automotive repair business with six workshops across Brisbane and a focus on customer service.
Ultimate Auto Care wanted to position their business on top within the competitive industry of automotive repairs. They were finding that their marketing approach at the time was somewhat ‘hit and miss’ as business was spread unevenly among their workshops, with some managing to compete much easier.
We built them a custom WordPress website using techniques that are proven to achieve a higher volume of sales and in a way that suited their brand more. Then we created copy that highlighted what was really special about Ultimate Auto Care as a business and nestled Call to Actions throughout to encourage more business. On their website we included a sliding element to feature customer reviews and an interactive, mobile optimised booking form. We then ran a strategic PPC/AdWords campaign to target and reach a wider audience.
Thallon Mole Group is a multifaceted company that designs, builds, and develops high end luxury homes and buildings, servicing residential and commercial clients.
TMG had been using physical booklets to drive their sales approach and showcase their work which can become tedious and in some cases quite expensive. They needed a website that would effectively show off their portfolio of luxury homes and buildings. TMG largely deliver their projects to high profile clients so the website needed to reflect the calibre of their work and partnerships.
We created a custom WordPress website that was heavily image based – to show off the important stuff. Now their website acts as their sales tool, both in person and online and they’ve actually started using iPads to show clients their work in their sales meetings. The TMG team continuously updates the website themselves, adding new projects and images.
Custom Plastic Fabrication is a business that designs and manufactures high quality plastic products – they play an essential role in mining and marine applications.
Custom Plastic Fabrication’s website and photographs had become outdated and no longer effectively represented their business or brand.
Our photographer went out to their workshop and gathered some great shots that highlighted the quality of their machinery, their staff’s talents, and the business’ overall tone. We used these when creating their custom designed WordPress website. Our copywriter wrote benefits-focused copy to really sell their services and provide authoritative industry information.
LeMans Motors is an automotive repair business with two workshops just outside of Brisbane City – they specialise in providing logbook servicing for luxury vehicles.
When we met LeMans Motors they’d been running a relatively ineffective AdWords campaign and seeing minimal results. LeMans wanted to rank better on Google and create an online presence that would secure them as a “go-to” workshop. The automotive repair industry is a highly competitive one so we knew we had to tackle this one with a strong approach.
Our team came up with a strategy and we started by redesigning their existing website so we’d have a solid foundation to work with. Our photographer shot some amazing onsite photographs to enhance the professionalism of the website. We integrated an online appointment booking software to encourage users to take action and included an onsite Google Review plugin which encouraged customers to leave a review. Then we created individual landing pages for each service, helping them rank better individually and designed in a way that’s proven to make conversions. All of that, coupled with a strategic PPC/AdWords campaign, has lead to LeMan’s now boasting over 120 5-star Google reviews and plans to open another workshop in Newstead.
Trilab is Australia’s leading independent supplier of soil and rock testing and a well established company.
Trilab needed to build a stronger online presence and wanted to advertise their business more effectively. Trilab is a laboratory so that added another element to the project – we needed to ensure regulatory compliance was met online in order to maintain their NATA accreditation.
We created a custom WordPress website with an ‘Accreditation’ page to provide any information the user could need. After that, we designed unique print media assets like brochures, flyers, and business cards to support their business and sales models.
Dynamic Commercial Collections is a business specialising in commercial debt recovery and litigation services.
Dynamic Commercial Collections was a brand new business when we took them on. They needed to create and build an online presence and they needed a professional image to get things started.
We sent our photographer out to get some really professional, high quality images that we could use to give their website the personal touch that forms a part of their brand. We put a lot of thought into the content design on this website, because of the nature of the industry, the copy was in depth and thorough. We designed the website with this in mind and organised the copy so it was easily consumable and simple to navigate through. Our copywriter created copy that explained the concepts and services in an easily digestible way and worked to take some of the complexity out of it. We included pages so users could lodge debts and make payments quickly online to create a better User Experience.
Christian Supplies is an online store and supplier for religious items – they sell their products to individuals, schools, and parishes.
Christian Supplies had an unresponsive website that made making online sales more difficult than it needed to be. As an online Christian resource supplier they have a multi-channel sales strategy that wasn’t making sales like they’d hoped.
We created a Magento 1.8 website to effectively display their range of products online across all devices. A significant amount of Christian Supplies’ customer base are from an older demographic, so we kept that in mind during the design phase and ensured the website was simple to navigate. The client uses a multichannel ERP system, Qdos, so we made sure the new website would integrate with the system seamlessly.
